The School Outreach for PCAP, known as the Pennsylvania Alcohol Education Foundation (PAEF), is the longest running, most extensive alcohol education outreach in Pennsylvania. Our staff makes presentations to thousands of students Each School Year using a relational approach. Our young people hear the truth about alcohol and are encouraged to live a life free from alcohol and other drugs.
